Journey Home Hospice Patient Fund

Are you ready to make a tangible difference? By making a gift for our patients at Journey Home Hospice (Toronto and Windsor) you will be bringing Hope and Happiness into their lives when it is most needed. Gifts to the Patient Fund of $20 or more are fully tax receiptable and will help to support patients who have experienced homelessness and structural vulnerability to feel at home at the end of their lives.

Donation suggestions include:

• $5 - sponsor homemade sweet treats for patients
• $10 - sponsor freshly prepared meal
• $15 - sponsor Netflix or Spotify for the month for one patient 
• $20 - sponsor a wellness program like gentle exercise or chair yoga
• $35 - sponsor new pajama or lounge wear sets for patients
• $50 - sponsor a music or art therapy session for patients
• $100 - sponsor Pizza Night for our patients 
• $350 - sponsor Theme Night fun, food, and entertainment
• $500 - sponsor holiday meal for patients and families
