Thank you for supporting the 2^nd Annual McConkey Screech Open, hosted at Markham Green Golf Course benefitting Journey Home Hospice. Your registration fee and/or sponsorship will be processed by the Saint Elizabeth Foundation, the charitable operators of the hospice.

If you are registering individually but would like to denote playing with a particluar golfer, please include those details in the 'Comment' section of the payment page. 

The $150 fee per golfer includes:

Cost for a Foursome of Golfers - $600 ($150 x 4 golfers)
