Thank you for supporting the 2^nd Annual McConkey Screech Open, hosted at Markham Green Golf Course benefitting Journey Home Hospice. Your registration fee and/or sponsorship will be processed by the Saint Elizabeth Foundation, the charitable operators of the hospice.

If you are registering individually but would like to denote playing with a particluar golfer, please include those details in the 'Comment' section of the payment page. If you are registering an entire foursome, please include the names of all four golfers in the 'Comment' section.

The $150 fee per golfer includes:

• 9 holes, Best ball format
• Lunch provided by the course snack bar

• $1,500 – Silver Sponsorship

• $400 – Closest to the Pin Sponsorship (1 available)

Cost for a Foursome of Golfers - $600 ($150 x 4 golfers)

*Purchase of entry into the golf tournament is not eligible for tax receipt. Donations of $20 and up will receive a tax receipt via postal delivery approximately 6 - 8 weeks following the tournament date.*
